Procedure
It is recommended to arrive 10 minutes before the meeting time fixed during your reservation. Indeed, the time of the appointment which was communicated to you is that of the beginning of the equipment and not that of the beginning of the activity.
However, you are asked to arrive a few minutes early to give you time to go to reception so that we can explain the course of the activity to you as well as to read the guide who will be with you during the activity.
You can actually come to the base with your dog as long as he is on a leash. However, you will not be able to take animals with you during the activities.
It will then be necessary for a relative to keep the dog for you during the time of the activity.
You will find a place to water your animal on site, but please remember to take bags with you for the droppings.
This is an activity reservation that will be confirmed by us. During your pre-reservation, you communicate to us the ideal time slot to carry out your activity, and we confirm to you on the day of your online order (during our office hours) our availability for this time slot.
The only formula we offer for online booking is that of pre-booking. This has the advantage of saving you time compared to a traditional reservation by telephone.
Rest assured, in the vast majority of cases, your pre-booking will be accepted according to your conditions and within a very short time.
If you wish, you can also contact us by phone to set up a reservation. You will then be asked to pay your reservation remotely in order to finalize it.
Usually, we will contact you by phone on the number provided when you made your reservation.
If you have a preference on this subject, you can add a note to your reservation to specify the means of communication you want us to use to contact you (SMS, email, phone call, WhatsApp).
You can also add other telephone numbers (for this, please fill in a our when booking) if you fear that the network is not very good where you are/will be staying.
It may exceptionally happen that the time slot you selected during your pre-booking is no longer available. Don't worry about it, we will offer you another time slot by phone closer to that of your initial choice.

I'm doing a little feedback from the hydrospeed descent of 08/15. So I had already tried several "white water" type nautical activities elsewhere, but here I must say that the descent in hydrospeed on the Ubaye really offers unique sensations! When you find yourself in the middle of this torrent, it's impressive! There is initial training in their body of water which is included in the price and which builds confidence! Finally, the descent on the Ubaye is both fun and safe. The double descent is a real plus, allowing you to take full advantage of the experience on the second pass.
